Is a parking space in a Sunny Beach complex really worth €10k?

I'm currently looking at a resale apartment in Sunny Beach, and the broker just mentioned that I can also buy an assigned outdoor parking space in the complex for an extra 10,000 euros. Honestly, that sounds insanely expensive for a seasonal resort where the property is only used for a few months a year. On the other hand, I know parking during July and August is an absolute nightmare down there. Does anyone have experience with this? Are parking spots actually appreciating in value, or is this just another way for developers and sellers to squeeze extra cash out of buyers?
